In recent years,as China’s economic increasing rapidly and real estate rrade in an increasingly competitive,real estate marketing strategies become more and more important.Enterprises can get steady development in the fierce competition market,only by researching market deeply.In 2010,the real estate industry is still affected by policy,and real estate is experiencing double test that is China’s policy and the market.Hohhot real estate market is also facing unprecedented challenges.Bilong River project is located in Hohhot Dragon Ruyi plate,which is against Inner Mongolia Government Building.Papers from the viewpoint of the theory of modern marketing,using market segmentation,market positioning,and SWOT analysis and other methods,analysis the target market based on the established market position in this project.First of all,analysis the environment of market and regional market.Second,analysis the project’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Last,identify target markets.Finally,determine the project’s marketing strategy by market positioning of this project,and plan product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,marketing strategy and so the project’s marketing strategy in detail.The hope of thesis is a practical framework of for real estate marketing,using the process of exploring market planning and research Real estate project,and recommendation for enterprise decision-making real estate development project.
