| Currently with the development of social modernization,China is in theimportant period of strategic opportunities and emerging contradictions as social and system are transforming.Many problems in rural social management field are emerging.Rural social contradictions havehindered the economic development and become the crux of the disturbing social order.In the perspective of social transformation and economic development,promoting the rural land dispute resolving is a new subject under this new situation.We must grasp the key factors influencing the rural social harmony,through efforts to resolve rural social contradictions and maintain social stability.Therefore,to explore and research the paths of resolving rural social contradictions has important theoreticaland practical significance.This paper throughinvestigation research and case analysis,conducted a comprehensive and in-depth research of rural land dispute in Yanbian area.Through the analysis of the current status of promoting the development of rural land disputes and its characteristic,this paper mainly analyzed the present situation of land disputes,characteristics and causes and summed up the characteristics of promoting the rural land dispute.This paper analyzed the cause of Yanbian rural land disputefrom the aspects of politics,economics,law,culture,society.This paper summed up the experiences of the existing problems and solution based on the three typical land dispute cases analysis,and provided reasonable suggestions on how to resolve the Yanbian rural land dispute.Through investigation research,we can see that centralized andmodeling methods cannot resolve Yanbian rural land dispute problemeffectually and practically.Therefore,we should take the specially geological,cultural and social environments in Yanbian into consideration to put overall layout.In this way we can prevent Yanbian rural land dispute problem and nip rural land dispute problem in the bud so as to improve the resolving rate of rural land dispute. |
