| Information technology has accelerated the economic globalization.Enterprise informatization is a modern enterprise management method.With the development of economic globalization,each industry in China is facing increasingly intense domestic and foreign competition,which is more urgent for enterprise to use information technology and enterprise information management to enhance the competitiveness.ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system combines the advanced management ideas and technology,combined with business practice and effective allocation of resources in order to accelerate the response to the market,and to reduce costs and improve efficiency.For competitiveness of enterprises,the ERP system is the typical representative of enterprise informatization and become the most widely used information technology.This article is the combination of JinHe biotechnology Ltd.ERP project's implementation process,using the theoretical research and practical analysis methods.Project management theory in ERP project implementation risk is studied.Firstly introduce the project and project management theory,secondly the theory of project risk management,and then introduce the ERP project management content and meaning of the general process.Risk management is the weak part of ERP project management.And this is also one of the main causes for the domestic ERP project unsuccessful implementation.The analysis in ERP project risk recognition and classification based on project life cycle theory,using combination of qualitative and quantitative method for project risk analysis,using the theory of fuzzy evaluation on project risk assessment system,and put forward the corresponding risk mitigation strategies and control measures.This article has the positive reference significance about successful implementation of ERP project. |
