The Research On The Optimization Of The Sales Logistics System For The Hengshui Laobaigan Co.,Ltd

China is a big country of liquor consumption goods,and the market of the liquor products has kept a high growth momentum in recent years.In the competitive trends of the continuously diluter in industry profits,logistics become "the third profit source" of the liquor products saling and producting enterprises.Reasonable logistics management can not only reduce logistics costs,but also improve the level of the sales terminal services and foster the market competitiveness of the products.This paper takes the Hengshui Laobaigan Brewing Limited Company as the object of study and finds that the sales logistics costs takes the larger proportion of the total costs during the study.Therefore,this paper starts from the current situation of the sales logistics systerm,and analyses that the company existed many problems such as the irrational logistics organization structure,the poor coordination of the departments,the irrational location of the warehouse,the inefficient transportation,the unscientific logistics information management,the lack of a separate logisics cost accounting system,the unstable supply chain,the imperfect sales channels,etc.This paper makes use of the cost-benefit analysis of logistics,supply chain intergration and other principles,and uses the scientific mathematical tools and analytical methods(such as the Precise Gracity Method).And proposes some optimization measures of the sales logistics system for the Hengshui Laobaigan Brewing Limited Company,such as establishing the distribution centers,optimizing the inventory management and network sales information platform,establishing specialized logistics cost accounting system,optimizing the supply chain management system and the sales channels.Through the optimization of the logistics system of the Hengshui Laobaigan Brewing Limited Company,the purpose of this paper is to save costs and increase profits for the enterprises,and provide a useful reference of designing logistics management systems for other Hengshui enterprises based on the analysis and research.
