A Research Linking Mechanism Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises And Farmers Interests

China' s socialist revolution and construction practice has proved that China's problem is agriculture,farmers and rural areas "three rural"issues,the reform of socialism from the countryside began.From traditional agriculture to come out backward peasant economy,we must implement industrial management of agriculture,and gradually build a modern agriculture.The problem is the core issue of the distribution of benefits industrial management of agriculture,and promote the industrialization of agriculture,is required between agricultural enterprises and farmers to establish a relatively stable and reasonable profit mechanism.This study reviews the industrialization of agriculture in the theory of agricultural enterprises and farmers to benefit joint mechanism to the Agriculture Industrialization Mechanism of interests as the starting point to define the relevant concepts and the use of transaction cost theory,industrial organization theory theory and game theory to analyze the current pattern of major interest mechanism.Our Agricultural Industrialization emerged between agricultural enterprises and farmers in various forms and diverse mechanism linking the interests of both combined operating level,there are binding property level.This paper describes the mechanism linking the interests of Fujian agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and farmers,we analyze the various factors that affect the formation of profit mechanism,including farmers years of education,family income scale farmers,rural households in the labor force,technology and corporate farmers impact awareness,financial condition,business credit,market factors and governmental factors such as corporate social responsibility,from the perspective of both farmers and businesses are choosing interest mechanism analysis process.Finally,optimizing agricultural industrialization interest mechanism measures,including optimization "enterprise+farmers cooperative economic organization+farmers" cooperation mechanisms and share their interests distribution mechanism optimization.
