In recent years,increasingly domestic commercial banks have turned to retail business transformation and considered it as a core embodiment both in the future competitiveness and sustainable development.Under the great continuous reform of the financial system and with the advent of the era of big data,commercial banks must change the traditional bus iness model to innovation based on big date,especially in the retail business.This paper combines the reality of the retail development in Wuhan Branch of China CITIC Bank with the writer's experience in practical management.It adopts the perspective of theoretical study,the advanced management concepts,the related literature review,case study,comparative research and quantitative analys is methods and tools,focusing on promoting the retail business of commercial bank to a new stage.The conclusion of this paper is: it is still in the early stage of growth for Wuhan Branch of China CITIC Bank because of some deficiency in customer management capability.Therefore,there is still a long way for the retail business construction.Meanwhile,we can put forward to the feasible measures,security evaluation and the standard of practical effect based on retail customer business strategy of CITIC Bank.To some extent,this paper will provide some value and practical significance to the retail business for Wuhan Branch of China CITIC Bank.
