Jujube indeep-processing are green food, because of its rich nutritional value and therapeutic value,the competitive advantage in the consuming market is very obvious. D Company is mainlyengaged in the cultivation, production and sale of jujube series products. After severalyears development, D company has developed into the whole industry chain production inXinjiang, it contains jujube cultivation, processing and sales, and D company is one of thelargest modern food (dates) production and processing enterprises. The company hasestablished a relatively complete product line, as it is located in Xinjiang, and the uniquegeographical advantage is very special, the products are of good quality, and the salesnetwork has been extended Urumqi to Shenyang, Beijing, and Shanghai. The food industry has evidentprogresses than before, especially in terms of technology, market competition, products,services, marketing tools, etc. Market competition has been developed from a low level to ahigher level gradually. Therefore, the development of small and medium food enterprisesare facing volatile external environment increasingly, Competition has also become morenumerous and complex, Enterprises should be aware of timely industry information when itis developing, real-time should control the dynamics of market. According to their ownadvantage, Developed business development strategy to follow the market’s businessdevelopment strategy, is very essential.In this paper, D company is the object for the study, D company considers the existingproblems as a breakthrough, and combining the characteristics of Chinese jujubedeep-processing food markets, the author makes a careful study in D Company’s businessdevelopment strategy.
