Human capital is an important resource for the sustainable development of enterprises,to long-term development of an enterprise,not only to forge a vibrant team,but also to ensure the stability of the talents.Along with the people to change the concept of employment,staff turnover has become a norm,the competition in the industry focus on the human resource competition on the problem of employee turnover has become the industry common difficult problem.As a joint-stock commercial banks,to win more customers and market,talent is the key factor,along with the national financial policies,new construction and expansion of the commercial banks,on the maturity of the bank employees demand increases,with rich work experience,familiar with financial policies and can bring customer resources for the bank the employees represent the core competitiveness,has become the object of competing banks poaching,this also caused the increase between the commercial banks liquidity of employees,resulting in some of the bank's staff turnover rate gradually increased,is not conducive to the normal operation and stable customer resources.China Merchants Bank of Lanzhou city as the first joint-stock commercial banks,after nearly 20 years of baptism,in Gansu to establish a good brand image,creating a full of youthful spirit,in the full vigour of life and professional quality,service level and strong staff,but at the same time,Lanzhou branch employees have become the industry focus of poaching object the past five years,Lanzhou branch staff turnover rate increased significantly,especially in2013,2014 years,staff turnover blowout situation,once known as the "Bank of the Whampoa military academy".This paper mainly to the Lanzhou branch of China Merchants Bank staff turnover increasingly serious problems as the starting point,based on the domestic and foreign human resources,organizational behavior theory,by using interview and questionnaire survey method,analysis of the current situation of the loss of China Merchants Bank staff,analysis of main cause of employee turnover,found the main reason lies in the intense competition within the industry,the organization management deficiencies,personal factors,on the basis of the above analysis,the preventive strategy of employee turnover,including competition strategy,human resources management mechanism optimization strategy,individual organizational commitment and emotional management,at the same time for the loss of personnel after the relevant security measures put forward how to ensure business continuity development.It has a certain effect on reducing the Lanzhou branch of China Merchants Bank staff turnover,have certain reference significance to promote the domestic joint-stock commercial banks human resources management level.
