With the vigorous development of the logistics industry, there has been an increased demand for logistics staff, and the phenomenon of employee turnover is frequent in many logistics companies, the staff are facing increasing pressure in the fierce market competition. In this condition, to ease employees’work pressure, improve their satisfaction and reduce turnover rates has become a big problem for many logistics companies.The study selected employees of a logistics company in Wuhan as the research object, began with the analysis of the logistics industry employees’work pressure source, revised the work stressors scale, perceived organizational support scale and job satisfaction and turnover intention scales through literature review, interviews and forecasting methods. Data was obtained by carrying formal measurement with these scales. By variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model we inspected the general condition of staff pressure, perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and turnover intention, as well as the differences in demographic variables,explored the relationship between the four variables, and thoroughly analyzed the intermediary role of the perceived organizational support (including affective perceived organizational support and instrumental perceived organizational support) between work pressure and job satisfaction, turnover intentions, and the intermediary role of job satisfaction between work pressure and turnover intentions. this article mainly reached the following conclusions:1. The logistics industry employees’work pressure is mainly from the following six aspects:the work itself, the role in the work, the interpersonal relationship, the career development, the organization and management system and the work-family conflict. Career development pressure, organization and management pressure and the pressure of the work itself are the main sources of the pressure for the logistics industry employees.2. There are significant differences of the employees’work pressure in the demographic variables of age, education level, work experience, job level and work departments.3. There is a significant correlation between employees’work pressure and perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, turnover intentions. Work pressure is negatively correlated with perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and positively correlated with turnover significantly. Perceived organizational support is positively correlated with job satisfaction, and negatively correlated with turnover significantly. 4. The career development pressure of logistics employees can effectively predict their job satisfaction; The pressure of organization and management, work-family conflict and the work itself can effectively predict turnover intention; The pressure of organization and management and career development can effectively predict perceived organizational support the instrumental perceived organizational Support can effectively predict job satisfaction, and the affective perceived organizational support can effectively predict turnover intention.5. Perceived organizational support plays an intermediary role between work pressure and job satisfaction, and can not afford an intermediary role between work pressure and turnover intentions; Job satisfaction plays an intermediary role between the work pressure and turnover intention.
