With the continued economic downturn in Europe and the United States, a growing number of foreign-funded enterprises turn their looks on the Chinese market with huge potential. But with the current intensification of the globalization of the market and talents, facing the competition of local Chinese companies that have been increasingly regulated and the white-hot competition of China’s talent market, staff turnover in foreign-funded enterprises is gradually serious. How to solve and deal with the increasingly serious staff turnover, to identify the main reasons for staff turnover and to develop as soon as possible countermeasures to reduce staff turnover and to retain staff has become the urgent problem that many foreign-funded enterprises must face and solve.This paper takes YP Group Technology Center in China as an object and conducts a case study on its staff turnover reasons and countermeasures. This paper reviews the factors affecting staff turnover, staff turnover models, theories about job satisfaction and organizational culture, describes the current overview of the YP Group Technical Center, and conducts deep analysis of its staff turnover status and reasons based on the ideas of "finding the problem-analysis of the problem-solving the problem" and combined with leaving staff questionnaire and interview survey analysis and employee satisfaction survey analysis. By analysis, this paper summarizes the staff turnover reasons of YP Group Technology Center in China from the two aspects of the internal and the external. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to the staff turnover of YP Group Technology Center in China from the two aspects of organizational culture building and job satisfaction enhancing.The research results of this paper are:providing solutions specific to reducing the current serious staff turnover in YP Group Technical Center in China, clarifying the key human resource work in YP Group Technical Center in China, providing effective human resources support for its business development, strengthening its management, and providing a solution that has important theoretical and practical significance to facilitate its operation and sustainable development in China. Despite this paper only studies the staff turnover causes and countermeasures of YP Group Technology Center in China, the research ideas, methods and relevant conclusions, in particular, the empirical research on the relationship between organizational culture and employee turnover, have a certain reference value on foreign-funded enterprises especially European and American ones.
