China has been actively engaged in opening-up in the past 30+years and achieved great achievement with high economic growth and happier citizen life.However,sustainable development cannot be maintained simply by relying on natural resources and cheap labor cost.Nowadays,we are facing the problems of growth slowing-down and CPI ascending-up.Therefore,China is now advocating strategic emerging industry to attain sustainable growth,through political measures to encourage Innovation&Entrepreneurship.Thus,incubators for Innovation&Entrepreneurship are blooming.They are usually launched by government,focusing on several high-tech industries,integrating resources from government,enterprises,universities,institutions,capitals and media,to build a favorable environment for high-tech start-ups.However,having graduated from an incubator can't guarantee the small&middle sized high-tech enterprises to gain final success in the market.They need further customized supports to grow up.Thus,profit-oriented business accelerator should be considered.In another way,to be a new member of these state-owned incubators,N-Park Suzhou is also exploring the way to sustainable growth,in another word,to survive in the competing market.This paper is intended to find a way to help small&middle sized high-tech enterprises to be well prepared for market,as well as to develop sustainably for N-Park itself,by using the tool of strategy management.First of all,the paper introduces the background of N-Park,and refers the theory of development strategy,competitive strategy and SWOT Array Analysis.Secondly,by analyzing the macroµ environment of N-Park by PEST and Porter's 5 forces model etc,and inputting these elements into SWOT Array Analysis,this paper confirms that Related Diversification Strategy should be adopted as growth-oriented development strategy.That is,N-Park should grow up as a comprehensive system incubator,composed of both incubator and accelerator.Therefore,accelerator business should be established.Thirdly,on the condition that accelerator business should be added to N-park,it is suggested that Differentiated Competitive Strategy should be used as competitive strategy,by focusing on MEMS and related industry and providing unique services,etc.Finally,detailed suggestions are given for company's business structure,human resource&cultural construction,financial management and information system considering accelerator to be added.
