The electric power industry,as the foundation of national economy,leads the trend of technology from the beginning of national Ninth Five-Year Plan.The large-scale construction and escalation of national grid system is launched due to requirement of electric in the rapid economic growth.The secondary electrical power industry is the trade which needs reliability and hard to join in.The largest five local companies beat the international electric power enterprises like ABB,SIEMENS,ALSTOM with the political support and internal technology progress.PH Company,the research object of this paper,expands its terminal block market benefited from development of the electric power industry,Ied by relying on its own technology,localization management strategy.Market expansion attracted many participants and followers which make market competition becoming increasingly complex.In recent years,with the development of the secondary electric power industry technology and the market trend will be saturated,the technical level of the gap between the secondary electric power equipment manufacturers has become increasingly narrow,fierce competition.As the secondary electric power equipment suppliers,PH,company risks losing power market industry leader because secondary electric power equipment manufacturers also faces cost pressures,the price competition turns white-hot and barriers in technical gradually disappear.At the same time,the application of a new generation of intelligent substation makes the application range of PH products reduced,the new application opportunities in the power industry has also been rivals by the early bird of competitors.In the situation of industrial upgrading,transformation difficulties,intense competition today,product prices,speed of response,practical applications become the focus of customer concern.This article is started from marketing effort of PH Company in the secondary electric power industry,introduces the situation of the secondary electric power industry.PEST analysis is used to show the macroeconomic situation of the secondary electric power industry and the future direction of development of the industry.The Potter five forces model is used to analyze PH Company at the micro industry environment,focusing on the PH competition.SWOT analysis is used to summarize the advantages and disadvantages,development opportunities and risks of PH Company.In the use of marketing theory analysis of enterprise marketing strategy at the same time,interspersed with typical cases,more in-depth analysis of the problem.Finally,with the product life cycle theory,key customer theory and relationship marketing,the systematic and practical marketing strategy is made in the secondary electric power industry,to make eontribution to the performance,breakthrough of PH by my own strength.
