Outward bound industry is a rising part in training industry,it develops fast in our country for the past few years and experiential learning is key point.The number of training organization that could provide outward bound service is 30,000,a mass of companies and enterprises are bringing expanding training in training program.The majority of outward bound organizations could smoothly finish the training while only a few training companies could evaluate the training effect based on a system.But the demand of higher training evaluation is put forward with the deeper knowledge of outward bound from enterprises in our country;perfecting outward bound effect and perfecting training evaluation system is being a challenge and direction to every Outward bound organization.This paper would use Kirkpatrick's Model(Four Grades Outward Bound Evaluation Model)to do a case study on expanding training effect evaluation,which is according to the tendency of outward bound industry and linked with A company's training reality.It firstly combines with training evaluation development theory in China and foreign countries,on the other hand,it combines with outward bound's industry features,this paper analyzes and investigates the motivation causing all kinds of problems based on the analysis of A company's current situation of expanding training evaluation.And then,it come up with the best solution for A company's training effect evaluation combining with traditional training evaluation model to seek an effective way for outward bound evaluating in A company's future operation through understanding the evaluation purpose,investigating training demand,evaluating target analysis,choosing evaluation method,writing evaluation report,deepening interactive connections and other aspects.At first,this paper introduces outward bound's features and effect,looks back on the theories and methods related to training evaluation in our country and foreign countries,especially for Kirkpatrick's training evaluation model;next it shows A company's fundamentals,indicates A company's current situation of training evaluation,deeply excavates the problems in training evaluation and analyzes their reasons;then the paper comes up with the solutions and suggestions to improve training evaluation at company level based on the training evaluation model and industry features.
