Especially IT companies, apart from the requirements of their employees must possess the knowledge and skills, but also has initiated innovative capacity, good communication and coordination capacity, positive team awareness, adventure spirit, correct working attitude, a high sense of responsibility, in the face of challenges indomitable self-confidence and indomitable will.
