In the background of the rapid development of social economy,the increasing demand for natural resources and the serious waste of resources,the field sampling and investigation project of various resources has been actively carried out and advanced nationwide in China,and tends to be scientific and standardized.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the field sampling survey and the design requirements of the implementation plan,this paper aims to study the Networked-Threads approach for implementation scheme planning of field sampling and investigation.We designed a networked-threads model that integrated the business process organization with the resource,material,time and other resource allocation to provide technical support for the preparation of field sampling and investigation.This paper mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)The characteristics of the field sampling and investigation and the requirements of implementation scheme planning.With the basic contents and fields of work,We analyzed the general characteristics and temporal and spatial characteristics of sampling and investigation,including sample space dispersion,business logic timing and resource diversity.According to the contents of implementation scheme planning of field sampling and investigation,such as business logic design,grouping,path planning and requirements of resource estimation,the design principles,requirements and objectives of the implementation scheme planning are expounded from the engineering project perspective as the theoretical basis of the construction and application of the network-threads model.(2)The networked-threads approach and its application.Based on the characteristics of the field sampling and investigation and the requirements of resources,such as business process and personnel,materials and time,and combined with the principles of path planning and network planning technology,a investigation route network and a business network is constructed and integrated following the basic thread that" First positioning,than sampling"which order the sampling and investigation carries out with.The application of the composite network-threads model is designed in general processes framework constructing,demanded elements aggregating,processes demands arranging,and specific work of each person assigning etc.(3)Case study.According to the definition and construction method of the composite network-threads model,the implementation scheme planning is designed for field sampling and investigation of cultivated land quality monitoring in 2015 in Yangxin County.The results are analyzed and compared with those of the traditional scheme.The results show that:?the network-threads approach could help to sort out the time and logical relationship between the sampling and investigation business and optimize the business process design.?Through the network-threads model,the resource demand statistics and distribution can be realized conveniently,including personnel,materials and time and other resource elements.? By using network-threads model,needs of staff,materials and time will be clear in each business node,as well as assign processes in time order and specific task and materials in each process for every investigator,and the division and use of materials of each investigator,the,and each material used in nodes,transfer order,etc.At the same time,to achieve the staff and materials,business resource scheduling.In this paper,the spatial and logical relationship between "sample-business process-resource" is visualized and the requirement of resource is highlighted through the network-threads model for implementation scheme planning of field sampling and investigation we designed.The network-threads approach also may be extendable to similar scheme planning of field sampling and investigation with similar spatial and multi-task parallel characteristics.
