In the 13 th five year plan,the strategic goal of the group is to become an influential Information Industry Holding Group Company in China.For the 13 th five year strategic plan of Xiamen XX group,First of all,this paper strengthens the theoretical basis by studying the relevant literature about human resource planning at China and abroad,uses interviews,field visits and other ways to understand the comprehensive human resource status of Xiamen XX group,and then through the analysis of demand forecast and balance,develops the human resource planning improvement plan and operational human resource planning implementation plan of Xiamen XX group.At present,the problems of human resource management in Xiamen XX Group mainly include the inadequate implementation of strategic planning,unclear positioning of the functional departments of the Department,weak organizational management of member enterprises,lack of post competency model,not obvious effect of performance appraisal,training quality to be improved and so on.It faces great challenges in attracting talents and human resource management,especially in practical application In terms of talents and short of talents.In view of the above problems,this paper focuses on the development of three aspects of human resource planning improvement plan and six aspects of specific implementation plan for Xiamen XX group. |
