Chinese takeaway market at present to speed doub le year high speed development,such a rapid development and has a huge user's takeaway market,attracted a large influx of capital takeaway market in recent years,the country has emerged among many consumers and catering enterprises to build based on the third party takeaway ordering platform,such as the Meituan Waimai,Ele Me,Baidu Waimai.But with the gradual development of takeaway ordering platform,the platform is difficult to achieve the heterogeneity in design and service,in the face of such fierce competition,enterprises have to takeaway ordering platform for enormous profits of the future market and the number of users,basically is through direct ordering subsidies to attract consumers,eye-catching although the short-term price war it makes some takeaway ordering platfor m to expand their market share,but it does not bring long-term profits to the enterprise platform,is not conducive to the long-term development of China's food ind ustry.Takeaway ordering platform enterprises have to obtain sustainable development,it must be attention to consumers,enhance consumer value and satisfaction,the only way takeaway ordering platform companies will achieve sustainable profits and competitive advantage.Based on this,the research of consumer psychological contract on Chinese takeaway ordering platform based on consumer satisfaction,and this concept is consistent with the characteristics of the takeaway ordering platform of electronic ser vice quality is introduced,based on the summary of the research on psychological contract,electronic service quality and the customer satisfaction,through the SPSS 20 on the relationship between the three the empirical research,through the data collation and analysis,the conclusions of this dissertation are:(1)In the takeaway ordering platform,consumers psychological contract and the relationship between psychological contract and psychological contract transactions of the two dimensions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction,and the influence degree of the transactional psychological contract dimensions of consumer satisfaction more.(2)The psychological contract takeaway ordering platform can promote the formation of consumer electronic takeaway ordering platform for the improvement of the service quality,create a positive role in promoting the psychological contract of foreign sales ordering platform of electronic service quality,and the impact of transactional psychological contract to a greater number of.(3)Takeaway ordering platform of electronic service quality and its dimensions,on the platform of consumer satisfaction plays a positive role in promoting,and the rationality of the design and reliability of the information of the two dimensions when compared to the other two dimensions to affect the degree of consumer satisfaction is greater.(4)Takeaway ordering platform of electronic service qua lity plays a part intermediary role between psychological contract and customer satisfac tion.Through empirical research,consumer psychological contract not only directly affect customer satisfaction,but also through the influence of takeaway ordering platform of electronic service quality to customer satisfaction is an indirect positive effect,and the mediating effect of psychological contract between consumers and consumer satisfaction to the design rationality and reliability of the information,compared to the two a dimension of the medium level than the other two dimensions,play more.Based on these conclusions,this paper from the actual Chinese takeaway ordering platform starting from the point of view of psychological contract,transaction design rationality and reliability of the psychological three aspects for the enterprise takeaway ordering platform in our country should provide the corresponding management advice on how to improve the customer satisfaction,the platform for marketing planning after retainerwithout only the price subsidies,promote the healthy development of China's food industry.
