With the arrival of the times of “Internet +”,the Internet is in the blend with the traditional industry,bringing to the traditional industry both opportunity and challenge.2016,3·15 Parties,it is exposed to the ele.me Internet booking platform.This is not only a reflection of the loopholes in the online booking industry,but also reflects the irresponsible attitude of the Internet booking platform to businesses and consumers.The Internet booking platform is a button that connects the business and the customer,and also is the supervisor of this two aspects.Customers lose trust in the Internet booking platform,the Internet reservation industry will be sluggish,the development of the whole industry also will be stagnant.From the point of view of the whole industry,how to improve the customer's trust in the Internet reservation industry,plays a vital role in the development of the industry as a whole.Internet is affecting our daily life,so that the consumption habits of people are also changing.From online shopping to Internet ordering,people are more accustomed to the conenience of the Internet to bring to our life.However at the present stage,the data displays from the <Research Report on China's online shopping market in 2014>which is issued by China Internet Information Center,30.2% of Internet users think that online shopping is unsafe,nevertheless,people'trust in the emerging Internet reservation industry is lower.Through the questionnaire,the author collates and analysis all the influencing factors on the consideration of people online shopping,on this basis,determines the factors affecting the customer trust of the Internet reservation industry.After these work,the author uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of every influence factors.Then,the author uses fuzzy cluster analysis(FCE)to analysis depthly of important indicators.After getting the results of the relevant evaluation,the author introduces the theory of customer management(CRM),set up a credit certification file in the Internet reservation industry,protocol a scheme for improving customer trust in the Internet reservation industry.Then,the author makes a feasibility analysis of the proposed promotion scheme by contrast so that finds the shortcoming of the proposed scheme from the actualtest.All these work lays the foundation for future study and continuing research.This paper draws up a scheme for improving customer trust in the Internet reservation industry and enhances the customer's trust in the Internet reservation industry effectively.Furthermore,this article also establishes the credit evaluation system for the whole industry so that promotes the healthy and scientific development of the online and offline consumption service mode in the Internet reservation industry.
