Though in academic circle,people already have realized the great effects of emotional labor management on enterprise management practice and performances.Some of these enterprises would simply ignore it,even consider it unrelated to the organization.Enterprises may give a cold shoulder to employees’ emotional needs.And there isn’t much research on it in China,which undoubtedly makes it difficult to promote work efficiency and enterprise performances.From the perspective of enterprise employees’ emotional labor management,this paper explores their effects on contextual performance by using empirical study of questionnaire survey of the staff members of ZGRS Hunan Branch.Using methods of analyses on descriptive statistics,analyses on the reliability and validity of the samples and regression analysis thus,this thesis clarifies the effects of employees’ emotional managements on peripheral performances.This thesis can inspire managers to emphasize the management of emotional labor,which enterprises would effectively manage their employees’ emotions.In addition,this thesis would provide theoretical direction for the development of enterprise,the achievement of goals,the promotion of performances.The main conclusions after an empirical study of this paper as follows:There was a significantly positive correlation between shallow behavior,deep behavior and work assignments responsibility performance,interpersonal relationship performance,organization citizens.And also had a significant positive predicted effect to the organization performance in three dimensions.
