Research On Ordering Strategy For Spare Parts Of N Company

In China,railway transportation is a pillar industry of the national economy and occupies an important position in the transportation industry.In recent years,railway passenger car types are increasingly numerous and spare parts specifications vary widely with the development of economy and technology.This brings great opportunities and challenges to the development of N company,which is mainly engaged in the maintenance and manufacture of passenger cars and buses.In order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition,N company often store large quantities of spare parts,these parts should protect the continuity of production and avoid costly downtime losses,on the other hand also meet the maintenance of the locomotive and passenger demand.However,due to the complexity of equipment,N often causes high maintenance costs because of the unreasonable inventory structure of spare parts.How to ensure the timely supply of spare parts at low cost by N company has become an increasing concern.In this paper,the domestic and foreign scholars on the inventory management of spare parts for the theoretical basis for the manufacture of maintenance company N company as the main research,spare parts inventory as the object of study,the ERP system inventory information for the data base,the spare parts ordering strategy the study.First of all,the status of spare parts inventory of N company is analyzed,and the existing problems and challenges of spare parts inventory management of N company are put forward.And then use the SQL Server software to conduct multi-dimensional analysis of the electrical warehouse inventory data,and the spare parts and the ending balance are classified as the key words.Taking the intermediate relay as an example,the weighted moving average,exponential smoothing and timing mining are used to predict the spare parts demand.By comparing the accuracy of each forecasting method,the weighted moving average method is selected as the demand forecasting model.Based on(Q,R)strategy,the inventory model with stochastic demand and lead time uncertainty is selected,and the economic order quantity is determined.
