The Application Research In Myanmar Of The Commercial Operation Mode Of The New Incubator In China

The current paper examines two research questions,namely,what is the current status of research into the operations of co-working spaces and incubators in China and how these research influence the operations of co-working spaces and incubators in Myanmar.In the first part of this paper,it discusses the research background and methods.Then this paper outlines current status of research into incubators in both China and the world.Building on this foundation,this paper turns to the discussion of the origins,concept,definition and development of new incubator in China.This paper compares theories of management and business models of new incubators and co-working spaces with traditional ones in order to formulate novel theories.Thereafter,this paper analyzes and summarizes the related theories of co-creativity,namely,theory of sharing economic,venture capital,technological innovation,service innovation,economies of scale and industrial clustering,and incubating ability.Then this paper evaluates the six basic forms of how new incubators in China operate:service,professional vertical,investment promotion,comprehensive platform(media,online and offline),mentor and financing platform docking.Finally,through a typical case analysis,this paper provides further evidence that confirms the correctness of the basic operation mode of the new incubator in China.The second part of this paper is motivated by a PEST(political,economic situation,social-environment and technology level)analysis of Myanmar.This paper gathered data using a survey based on Myanmar population and interviews of business owners of incubators in Myanmar,entrepreneurial teams embedded in those incubators and small-medium enterprises(SMEs).Using methods such as empirical analysis,case-study analysis and comparative analysis,this paper supplements my research with a better understanding of the Myanmar business environment,status of economic development,innovation and entrepreneurship trends,government policies of innovation and entrepreneurship as well as institutional environment of entrepreneurship.Using insights gathered from the study of Chinese incubators,this paper explores ways to apply new incubator business model to problems involved in the environment of innovation in Myanmar.All in all,I hope to shed light on policy-making and economic aspect of incubators and ways to further develop the scene of incubators and co-working spaces.
