With the progress of the “Belt and Road” process,China and Myanmar have reached an important consensus on co-construction of the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor.Under the guidance of the upper-level policies and guidelines,the degree of facilities connectivity and trade flow between China and Myanmar have been continuously strengthened.The level and wide-ranging cooperation pattern is gradually taking shape,and the development of China-Myanmar relations has entered a new stage.In recent years,the Myanmar government is also committed to creating a good domestic investment environment.Chinese companies' direct investment in Myanmar has shown a good trend.The trade and investment between China and Myanmar have grown rapidly,and infrastructure projects such as railways,roads and electricity have been interconnected.Interoperability and cooperation are steadily advancing with the active participation of the two countries.As of the end of 2018,about 280 Chinese-funded enterprises have invested in Myanmar.The cumulative investment of Chinese enterprises in Myanmar has reached US $ 20.301 billion,accounting for 25.96% of the total investment stock in Myanmar.The investment is concentrated in the field of energy development,including hydropower,oil and gas China has always been Myanmar's largest source of investment in the mining industry.Chinese-funded enterprises' investment in Myanmar has entered a new period of development,facing both huge development opportunities and unprecedented challenges.Therefore,in order to enhance the company's international operating capabilities,seek long-term sustainable development,and optimize the localization strategy of human resources The only way for Myanmar-Chinese enterprises.The localization of human resources is a human resource management system based on the advantages of local labor resources,which is implemented to integrate into local society and obtain the best social and economic benefits.An important factor foroverseas core competitiveness of enterprises.Due to Myanmar's special investment environment and the level of international management of Chinese-funded enterprises,there are many problems and deficiencies in Chinese-funded enterprises' localized management of human resources in Myanmar,especially in the localized allocation of human resources,mainly reflected in the territories.The problem is that the level of localization is not high,the structure is unreasonable,the incentive mechanism is not perfect,the training system is not perfect,the localized management staff is short,and the personnel mobility is large.Therefore,this article will take the localization of human resources localization in Myanmar as a starting point for Chinese-funded enterprises,and from the perspective of internal and external factors that affect the localization of localization,combining expert interviews,questionnaire surveys and case studies,Research on the localization of human resources in Myanmar.I took advantage of this internship in Myanmar to conduct field research on project leaders and personnel managers of Chinese-funded enterprises in Myanmar.With the help of relevant leaders,contacted Chinese-funded enterprises and interviewed the leaders to conduct expert interviews,distributed questionnaires online and offline,and obtained a large amount of real and reliable data on the localization of human resources in Chinese-funded enterprises.Summarize,organize and statistically analyze the collected data.Based on the data obtained from expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,statistical analysis of the current status and influencing factors of the localization of human resources allocation in Chinese-funded enterprises in Myanmar is conducted.The current problems faced by Chinese enterprises in the localization of human resources allocation in Myanmar are analyzed.Carry out in-depth research,and finally combine the main problems and key influencing factors of the localization of Chinese-funded enterprises in Myanmar,to provide effective reference for the localization of human resources of other Chinese-funded enterprises developing investment businesses in Myanmar.
