Study On Evaluation And Optimization Of Financial Ecological Environment In Yunnan Province

For the first time in 2004 the people's bank of China governor Zhou Xiaochuan put forward the concept of financial ecosystem,since this already has more than ten years.During this period,many domestic scholars on financial ecology was analyzed and the research,and made a lot of academic achievements,such as separate from the financial ecological system the concept of the financial ecological environment.Since then,both in the people's bank of China and the local government to optimize the financial ecological environment as one of the focus.Financial drive the region's economic development and "lubricant",has a pivotal position in the economy,the government of Yunnan province in 2006 the government work report in the financial ecological construction in Yunnan province into the examination content,each city in Yunnan province are the response.But the financial ecology and financial ecology environment is a complex concept,it involves the range is very wide,differences between different regional financial ecological environment,and the influence of different factors in different areas have different weights.This article is in this background,based on the financial development in Yunnan province,for evaluation of financial ecological environment in Yunnan province are analyzed.First,a brief introduction of related theory and current situation of the development of both at home and abroad,and carries on the brief appraisal;Secondly,from the economic base of Yunnan province environment,financial environment,policy environment and social environment four generous facing the financial ecological environment to analyze the status quo of Yunnan province,and comparing with the national average and other provinces,the deficiency of financial ecological environment in Yunnan province are analyzed.Again,collect and organize large amounts of data,select the appropriate indicators system of variable,by factor analysis to evaluate the financial ecological environment in Yunnan province and the sixteen states and score ranking;Finally through the analysis of empirical results,found the problem,put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures and policy Suggestions.
