Research On The Influence Of External Environment On YKJ Real Estate Project

Enterprise cannot survive without certain environmental conditions,and development.Diverse environmental factors,make the enterprise and the competition between enterprises is not only a product and the market competition,the more is the enterprise survival environment between comparative advantage in the competition.The healthy development of macro economy by real estate quality high and low,that affect the performance of economic development.The real estate industry in national economy development,in a very important position.The healthy development of real estate industry and national economy development cannot leave the private real estate enterprise,its survival and development of the whole social stability is of great significance.But the survival and growth of hard is also a private real estate enterprise must face.Based on game theory,stakeholders theory and combined with relevant theory to support the government's credibility theory,in the first place in the external environment related concepts on the basis of full understanding,this paper expounds the external environmental factors affecting the development of enterprises;Secondly,combines the actual conditions of the enterprise development and needs,analyzed several kinds of external factors affecting YKJ project,and through to the Kunming city real estate industry under the state's environment analysis of the external environment,enterprises face the external opportunities and external threats,thus put forward the problems existing in the enterprise development,facing the predicament and development potential.Finally,this paper tries to through the YKJ introduction and expounds the development process of the project,as well as experienced by the external environment impact analysis in this case,it is pointed out that the difficulties in the development of the enterprise in the project,confusion,and from the perspective of enterprise,the appeal and relevant countermeasures are put forward.And how to transform government functions,how to reverse the administrative style,gives the Suggestions and measures.At the same time,calling for the government to build a service-oriented management model,knowledge on thought,action,the administrative government to service government,improving the government's administrative levels.
