Since the reform and opening up,the people's enthusiasm for work has been greatly encouraged,and the country's social and economic aspects have developed rapidly.In recent 30 years,construction industry has become the pillar industry of national economy.As a construction contractor,construction companies have played an important role in promoting development.Under the new economic situation,national strategies such as the Yangtze River economic belt,the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bay area are constantly launched.The promotion of these national strategies has provided strong support for the international construction market,infrastructure and infrastructure construction,and the new urbanization process has also brought great opportunities for the development of China's construction industry.This thesis takes Sichuan Huaxi Group as the research object,uses strategic management theory and related analysis tools to analyze the strategic management and corporate culture of Sichuan Huaxi Group.First of all,the enterprise strategic management,corporate culture,related research status at home and abroad,analysis methods and tools are described;then,the development strategy of Huaxi Group,the status quo of corporate culture and the correlation between the two are analyzed;on this basis,the development strategy of Huaxi Group is optimized and formulated based on corporate culture by applying relevant theories and methods After that,it puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy of Huaxi Group.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development strategy of Huaxi Group under the new situation,hoping to provide some practical guidance for the strategic management of large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises.
