With the rapid development of the economic and increasing competitive pressure,after the extensive development that just like "runs the horse stable place",China's banking products are faced with the product,strategy,target positioning,customer digging and a series of problems.In recent years,as all financial market participants to keep coming,the credit card market is becoming increasingly competitive.But the products homogeneity,marketing homogeneity problem has been the bottleneck of developing credit card business bank.It is very important for commercial banks to analyze marketing options,improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,improve market competitiveness of credit cards,and increase revenue levels.This paper introduces the development process of the domestic and international credit card industry,through the classification and clustering analysis of the data,screening for credit card customers in parts of the domestic market overall performance and consumption characteristics of A bank credit card customers in Yunnan area are analyzed.Based with the analysis results,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the credit card business of A bank Yunnan branch in the aspects of brand building,business cooperation direction,marketing point selection,customer classification and so on,such as the consumption behavior of the peak season,different types of customer preferences are different businesses,different regions of the consumer preferences of the consumer industry,etc.Based on its internal and external environment,its own operating conditions,credit card customer's consumer performance characteristics,proposed if A bank Yunnan branch want to improve the credit card business market share and attack power needs to enhance the share of a trade for the purpose of the use of information technology forces customer life cycle Management,at the same time,strengthen cooperation,and continuously enhance the brand influence,strengthen the scene to expand,force cross-border marketing,strengthen the subdivision,enhance the value-added products and sustainable development as the entry point of A bank Yunnan branch credit card promotion strategy.
