With the advent of the Internet era,the bank has also changed from a traditional inbound settlement to a outward marketing,and at the same time gradually changing to the network marketing model.In such a market context,how to take the most effective Internet financial model allows banks to share Market development brought about by the profits,this part has become the current bank to consider the key issues.And how to combine the advantages of urban commercial banks and Internet finance,and further develop the work of direct selling banking is also the focus of this article.FUDIAN Bank---full name for the FUDIAN Bank Co.,Ltd.,is approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission in Yunnan Province,the provincial joint-stock commercial banks.As of the end of 2016,FUDIAN in Yunnan and Chongqing already have 123 branches,and also has three financial centers and four village banks.In addition to the domestic market layout,FUDIAN in the overseas market is also a positive response to the country to go out of the strategic policy,set up in Laos old bank.However,with the increasingly fierce market competition,the sustainable development of Internet finance,FUDIAN as a local city commercial banks in the Internet financial situation based on their own advantages to further open the market,is currently facing an important issue.This paper takes the direct banking platform of FUDIAN bank as the basic research object,uses the research methods such as literature research method,comparative analysis method and case analysis method to carry on the research on the present situation of China’s direct selling bank and carries on the traditional business development pattern of city commercial bank This paper analyzes the external environment,market situation and internal resources and ability of the rich and several banks by means of the theory of Internet finance.At the same time,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the direct bank by the FUDIAN bank in combination with SWOT analysis Opportunities and challenges,the city commercial banks in the context of the Internet financial strategy for the development of direct marketing strategy for the improvement of the company’s business and profit model to enhance the competitiveness of the FUDAIN bank and brand influence for other cities and commercial banks in the future direct marketing banks Business development play a positive reference.
