Research On The Development Of Characteristic Agricultural Industry On The Plateau In Xiangyun County

The development characteristic agriculture in Yunnan Provence suggested by central and provincial government,according to the relationship of resources endowment and special advantage in Yunnan,which is of importance for the overall and long-term development of Yunnan.Xiangyun,is a agricultural county,agriculture plays a key role in development of economy.The ninth party convention of Yunnan Province proposed the economy restructure,transformation of the economic development and promotion of the industry are important support to the science development,the harmonious development and the spanning development.Xiangyun county takes considerable actions towards development,utilizing the advantages of diversified natural resources,seeking the clue to the development of characteristic agriculture,to promote the development of agriculture,increase the income of farmers and prosper rural economic.Therefore,Xiangyun county with agricultural development not only of theoretical research,more practical value.Xiangyun county propose the constraints and challenge for propelling characteristic agricultural industrialization,such as fragile ecological environment,poor agricultural infrastructure,lags behind industry,low quality of the peasants,wide range of poverty,low combination degree of leading enterprises and farmers' cooperative organizations,etc.Then,some advice were given,such as exploring institutional innovation for characteristics agricultural industrialization development,strengthening construction agricultural infrastructure,enhancing the sustainable development capacity of characteristics industries and optimizing agricultural structure.
