With the progress of science,technology and trade,a global economic pattern has been formed.Faced with challenges,how to develop a talent strategy that adapts to social and economic development has become one of the focal points of business management.On the basis of expounding the relat ionship between market employees and business management,as well as the importance of management mode to enterprise development,this thesis puts forward the following viewpoints on the management scheme of market employees: human resources are special carriers featured with "subjective initiative".How much the “willingness and ability" plays for the performance,will have a direct impact,or even be a key factor to determine the success in the enterprise.Owning the talent is the most precious treasure throughout the enterprise's development.Through all those enterprise competition,what we actually see is talent competition.The increasing emphasis on health has led to the strengthening and promotion of health care services.The service mode of the medical equipment industry is significant ly different,due to the particular ity of its products,channels,users,and audience.Besides the key technology,the professionalism of the market staff becomes the core competency.T he "last mile" of the market service carries the very sacred mission,namely,the product technology being applied precisely to the point of use of the customer,the repeated purchase tending to the surface,and the brand value going straight forward into the heart.Therefore,it is vital to learn to optimize the management of market staff;to explore and realize the standardization of management scheme.This thesis takes the marketing department of medical equipment enterprise as its research subject and integrates domestic medical industry development status and future trends.From the perspective of customers and their requirements to the enterprise market staff,the thesis considers the cross-regional and cross-temporal management of marketing department,taking into account the enterprise market staff's understanding on business goals and customer needs,time allocation,brand vitality management,so that to explore the business management scheme.The purpose of this study is to be able to jump out of "empirical and theoretical”,to finish and optim ize the management tools and methods for the market staff,to achieve efficient and high-quality work status and performance results,to analysis and to summarize that,aside from hard power of "technical core" from the product side,our management scheme also remarkably matters,as a "skillfully deflected role",as the soft power from our market staff side.
