SCM Information Management System's Design Of Bitland Based On Oracle EBS

With the rapid development of information technology,the major brands providers have developed a variety of segment products,and even allow the consumers to customize the product.For the ODM enterprises,Its' large quantities,less variety of BTO model had been replaced gradually by small batch,multi-species CTO model.Pattern changed also make some new different management problems,the changes in supply chain management system can't keep up with management needs,which it is the main problem of them.It is becoming the hot issues of how to improve the SCM information system application level and enterprises have been focusing on.In this dissertation,the key research object is Shenzhen Bitland Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,under the goal of supply chain management,firstly investigates and analyzes the problems existing in the current situation of supply chain information management system,identifies the main bottleneck,puts forward the focus on improving the direction.Then,bases on the theory of supply chain management and information management,combined with the functional characteristics of Oracle EBS and Oracle ASCP products,the dissertation focuses on the information sharing and collaboration between internal supply chain planning system and external supply chain,VMI information management system,Proposed a targeted system optimization design.Finally,in order to ensure the optimization of the supply chain information management system design program can be successfully implemented,developed a detailed project implementation strategies and methods,project management mechanisms and risk response measures.With the implementation of the supply chain information management system optimization design,it is expected to significantly improve the efficiency of internal supply chain operations,access to flexible raw material supply capacity and closer inter-firm data collaboration.Bitland's problems in the application of supply chain information management systems are universal in the ODM electronics manufacturing industry,and they are expected to be available to ODM electronics manufacturers for their reference.
