Study On The Evaluation Of Constant Temperature Controlled Atmosphere Storage Project's Loan Of Xinxin Fruit Company

At the present stage,the contradiction between "small production" and "big market" is becoming more and more prominent in China's agricultural development.A practical mode of development is taking the agricultural industrialized operation of the leading enterprises as the link.But due to the weakness of agriculture,the investment willingness of commercial banks and other financial is low.Agricultural industrialized operation is facing huge financial pressure.The Agricultural Development Bank of China as China's only bank of agricultural policy,it is responsible for the development of “three agricultural problem”,supporting a large number of good growth agricultural industrialization leading enterprises,leading local agricultural development and increasing farmers' income.This paper is aimed to the constant temperature controlled atmosphere storage project's loan demand of Xinxin Fruit Company and the feasibility of Agriculture Development Bank of China in Jingning County as subject to assess loans.Based on the theory of project evaluation and related financial theory,from the conditions of project construction,product market,relevant policy,project benefits and other aspects assess the feasibility of project.From the loan limit,loans,pattern of lending,bank efficiency,risk prevention,management and disposal of post loan,design the loan scheme.In order to protect the safety of funds,assess the company's debt paying ability from the ownership structure of the borrower,the quality of managers,the company's reputation and financial aspects.The paper thinks that the Xinxin fruit company has legal subject,clear ownership structure,good reputation,low debt ratio,reasonable asset structure,good operating condition,the abundant cash flow and the construction of project conforming to the national and local policies.And with its good prospects for development,applying for the loan limit reasonably and conforming to the agricultural loan issuance scope,its loans should be granted.The paper provides operational measures for loan evaluation of policy banks,and also provides reference and inspiration for commercial banks to carry out similar project loans.
