Study On Commercial Loan Project Evaluation Of Rural Credit Cooperative

In recent years,rural financial industry is developing rapidly in China.Rural Credit Cooperatives provides financial services mainly for “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,county economy and the development of micro and small enterprises,and loan services are its main source of profits.However,because of continuing high non-performing loans and increased risk of credit assets,Rural Credit Cooperatives should improve the commercial loan project evaluation process,evaluate feasibility of the loan project and qualification of the loaner,forecast the economic benefits,estimate matching degree of risks and benefits,strengthen ability of decision-making and risk control to protect its interests,which is of great importance in the sustainable development of Rural Credit Cooperatives.Summarizing predecessors' research and combining with experience,on the basis of the existing loan evaluation contents and methods,we determine the principle and ideas of new index system,point out that we should attach importance to the non-financial situation evaluation,strengthen the cash flow analysis and lower collateral requirements.Logic structure of the index system is introduced,which including four sub-indexes,the financial position,cash-flow situation,non-financial position and the future development potential in detail.Then,a better quantitative loan evaluation index system with strong operability is built.The evaluation model and weights of index at all levels are determined,single index evaluation standard is set for the basis of evaluation.A comprehensive evaluation model is built to guide the commercial loan project evaluation for Rural Credit Cooperatives.Finally,we carry on the empirical analysis of new equipment purchase loan project of XX packaging printing company at F county to verify the validity of the evaluation index system.
