| Due to historical background and human resources and other factors,the management level of traditional manufacturing enterprises generally low,and now more and more traditional manufacturing enterprises expect to encourage staff to improve the work by effective performance,thereby enhancing the internal competitiveness of enterprises.The key to the performance appraisal is the performance appraisal index system.However,at present most of the enterprises in the aspect of performance evaluation index system made,both the index selection and the weight of the design depends on the subjective experience,eventually leading to the performance appraisal is formalized.Obviously,the performance appraisal index system eventually which lack of scientific can’t motivate staff to improve their work,and it is difficult to become an effective means of enterprise management.X company is a private manufacturing enterprise in Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province.After the implementation of performance appraisal more than one year,the formal phenomenon is serious,and the enterprise is highly dissatisfied with the it.Therefore,this article takes the forming department as the research object which is the core department.Firstly,through the field research to show the company’s profile and the forming department’s performance appraisal status quo,and then through the interview and analysis the original performance appraisal data of the forming department to analyzes and summarizes the problems at the departmental level and the staff level,and optimizes the performance appraisal index system for the existing problems.In the process of optimizing it,this paper collects and filters the indicators according to the relevant theories,and uses the AHP to give the weight of the performance appraisal index,so as to establish a scientific performance appraisal index system,lastly I compare the old and new schemes of the performance appraisal index system to show the results of this paper. |
