Entrepreneurship is the rise of internal cause,and extends the scope of the services or the expansion of business by the agency responsible person or internal entrepreneurs put forward entrepreneurial ideas,or colleagues of the original management mechanism,the internal entrepreneurial leadership,or assigned by the competent personnel in charge of internal special responsibilities personally,and establish the internal professional team to perform the process,so as to enhance the capacity for sustainable development of enterprises and the formation of a new business.In the "national public entrepreneurship,innovation" of the new era,to have been created and in the growth of the enterprise,the enterprise internal entrepreneurship is a way of business growth and diversification,is also a source of new business and new business.A system of entrepreneurship in the enterprise,the enterprise internal entrepreneurship to solve the value proposition(Value,Proposition)products and services(Product or Service),structure(Value Architecture),the value of the revenue model(Revenue Model)composed of four modules and their relationship.Among them,the operation mode is divided into two parts of organization design and organization structure and function,the competitive advantage is divided into two levels of capacity and resources,profit model including sub two source of profits and financial management aspects of employee value and enterprise value includes the value of entrepreneurship.Based on the above elements,the formation of enterprise internal Entrepreneurship Model and strategy formation mechanism.XX enterprise internal business process and management mode,fully embodies the formation mechanism of mode and strategy of internal entrepreneurship four level enterprises,specific performance:first,the key factors for the success of entrepreneurship is the internal entrepreneurial managers' operation ability;second,enterprises have more abundant resources increased relative competitive advantage,enterprise resource it is not only the source of competitive,but also affect the internal venture subsidiaries to obtain the key factors of business and profit;internal entrepreneurial parent company must have sufficient resources to help subsidiaries,including funds,equipment,factories and equipment,if the funds are not stable or equipment is not complete,even if there are outstanding talent for the backing,finally will also face the predicament of talent loss,so the parent company internal business must first have sufficient resources to provide the perfect sonCompany follow-up capabilities.Third,can the internal business model enterprise is designed to be small and can be replicated by the parent company type,can undertake the large engineering resources of entrepreneurship,if business failure is only negative costs associated with the subsidiary company,is a small and beautiful style,and a subsidiary of parent company in terms of simple members as long as there is talent to prepare for the establishment of a branch,entrepreneurial type easy to copy.
