This article argues that the enterprises which obtain advantages in the market competition could create more value for the shareholders, and the competitive advantage is the key factor influencing the value creation capability and investment value of the enterprises. By studying the driven relationship between enterprise's competitive advantage and value creation, this article will make a further exploration in the analysis of Chinese handsets industry, from a brand-new angle.Firstly ,this article studies the sources of the competitive advantage from three dimensions: Outside, Inside and Dynamics, and point out the following criteria: The outside competitive advantages come from enterprise's sound position in the entire industry chain, and the right strategic positioning which is appropriate to the industry structure; The inside competitive advantages come from successful strategic planning and implementation which help the enterprise achieve its strategic positioning and obtain total low cost level or...
