Research On The Risk Of P2P Financing In Small And Micro Enterpriseson

This paper studies the financing risk of small and micro enterprises based on P2 P network lending.This paper first studies and summarizes the existing literature on the P2 P net loan model,small and micro enterprise financing and the combination of the two,and finds that the research on the application of P2 P net loan to the micro enterprise financing is limited.Subsequently,this paper introduces the current situation of P2 P development,and analyzes the financing status and existing problems of small and micro enterprises.In order to more specific analysis of the risk of P2 P network loan financing in small and micro enterprises,this paper selects an example of a small and micro enterprise financing through the P2 P platform,and introduces its process to analyze the risk of small and micro enterprises,investors and P2 P net loan platform.Then,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of participation and legal supervision.The main aspects of small and micro enterprises include improving the operational management ability and setting up a mechanism for the withdrawal of cooperative funds.The investors mainly include the establishment of investor education mechanism,the construction of investor risk assessment and the audit system of capital sources.The P2 P net loan platform mainly includes strengthening the wind control trust trial of the platform and strengthening the degree of information disclosure.And realize the fund trusteeship and strengthen the network information technology.The legal supervision mainly includes the establishment of the clear supervision body and supervision mechanism,the protection of intellectual property and the establishment of the platform exit mechanism.
