Research On The Development Strategy Of HongguTan Financial Business District

Nanchang HongguTan-New-District is a provincial capital city new district built from scratch.Now it has become a political center of a new modern city center,which integrates multi functions such as business finance,administrative office,information,culture and residence.It is also an international garden city Model,epitome of China’s modernization.Today,Honggutan are trying to build a high standard of the province’s financial business district,to create a financial and business district and a world green financial business pilot area that have a significant impact in China,it tries to improve the function,economy and grade of the whole city by effectively bringing into play the agglomeration and scale effect of the financial industry.However,the establishment of a financial business district in Honggutan New Area poses both opportunities and many challenges.It is especially important how to choose a strategy suitable for its development.Based on the lessons learned from the construction of financial and business districts both at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the conditions of the development of Honggutan Financial and Business District by using the relevant theories of financial and business district.Based on this,it proposes the development strategies and safeguards of Honggutan Financial and Business District.The dissertation holds that the development of Honggutan Financial and Business District has such advantages as location and traffic advantages,great support for national regional development,good economic growth,complete infrastructure facilities,reliable support of buildings and land resources and the accumulation of some financial institutions.Put forward the development strategy of financial business district Honggutan from Hongyutan location,industry development mode and the allocation of resources,To strengthen the functional positioning of Honggutan Financial Business District and to focus on the development of financial industry and financial innovation industry;We should vigorously develop the traditional financial industry,speed up the development of emerging financial industries,strive to enhance and expand various types of financial and business services and expand and strengthen our headquarters economy.In order to carry out the strategy smoothly,the paper finally proposes to take measures to optimize the security level of financial services and promote the construction of the financial environment.
