Now, with the continuous development of the modern city, constant optimization and upgrading of urban industrial structure, the development of Skyscraper Economics is becoming an important engine that breaks through the bottlenecks of space shortage, and promotes optimization and upgrading of urban industrial structure.Nanchang city Honggutan New District is the new administrative center, business center, cultural center, living center, commercial center and recreation center in Nanchang, it will not only build a residential, living and working city, but also will become the representation of modernization level and strength of Nanchang’s symbolic district in the future. After more than ten years of construction and development, Honggutan New District have already met the conditions to quickly develop Skyscraper Economics, which will become the best district of Skyscraper Economics in the whole city and the whole province. Consequently, by taking the embryonic Skyscraper Economics in Honggutan New District for example and adopting successful experience in big city’s Skyscraper Economics at the same time, the article tries to analysis on the present features and problems of the Skyscraper Economics in the New district, and to grasp the present data of Skyscraper Economics in Honggutan New District through spot investigating, on this basis, the article put forward the model and strategy on the Skyscraper Economics of Honggutan New District in the future, and try to explore the successful method on developing Skyscraper Economics in the small and mid-sized city or the county. |
