Research On Risk Management And Supervisory Countermeasures Of Spot Electronic Exchanges

Bulk Exchanges are subjects which provide information service,financial service,logistic and warehouse service.The found of Joint Conference of Clean-up and Rectification(JCCR)was a sign which means Bulk Exchanges have been put under supervise.But unceasing risk event are taking negative affect to Bulk Exchanges on reputations,their customers and themselves.Study in the way to deal with the risks in Bulk Exchanges is important.This paper takes the F Exchange's risk event as an example of case.Analysis the Business risks,Environment risks and financial risks of the F Exchange with Enterprise Risk Management Framework(ERMF),flow chart method,environment analysis method and financial analysis method.According to the analysis results,the cause of the risk events is lack of flow ability lead by cheating,market dominance,default and improperly risk response.The investors' claim that the F Exchange should make up their loss is a form of risk.At the end of this paper,the advises such as improve the related rules and laws,built a perfect supervise system and enhance risk management are offered by use the reference of experienced regions and industry.
