After 18 years of development,a Real Estate Development Co.has become a well-known real estate company in Kunming market.In the nearly 20 years of development,the company has experienced different development stages of the real estate market,which are the rapid boom period,stable development period and market adjustment period.As we all know,in the beginning of 2014,the real estate development market began a fundamental shift,which was the market requirements began to decline sharply.But the real estate service requirements,with operation at the core,have begun a new upgrade,such as industrial real estate,community services and business operations and so on.During this period,how can the state-owned real estate company develop when it face the turn of the market is the first question to this company.As for the company itself,from the customers,it has a stable customer base of 50,000 communities,more than a thousand brand building materials businesses and loyal professional market customers.From the area,it is not only dominating the southeast area of Kunming,but also has high quality resources territory,such as community commercial property and building materials market and so on.From talent,a real estate has accumulated a large number of quality personnel for 18 years,such as management,marketing plan,engineering management and so on.From the strength,state-owned enterprise catch up with the state-owned enterprises reform trend,when is to face the challenge,play a good tradition and propose "transformation and innovation,industry integration,management and service"the pragmatic business objectives.Therefore,in this paper,based on the history and resource situation of the a real estate company,the writer is in order to propose the ideas about integrated management to solving the problem of enterprise that can arise from facing the market changes,industrial transformation and talent structure adjustment and optimization by analyzing the transformation of state-owned enterprises and the transformation trend of the development of real estate market.
