A Study On Coupling Coordination Between Funds Mutual Assistance And Precise Poverty Alleviation

The first Centenary Goal of our country is which building amoderately prosperous society.The report of the 19 th NPC pointed out: when entering a new era,the major contradictions in socialism with Chinese characteristics have been transformed into "the contradiction between the growing need for a better life for the people and an imbalanced and inadequate development." However,China's large population,vast territory,geographical differences,the regional economic development imbalance,and thus poverty is become a hard-working "hard bone" on the road to achieve it.For a long time,under the leadership of the state,the people of all nationalities have been fighting for poverty and poverty,but the phenomenon of poverty in some areas has not improved.In view of the characteristics of poverty in the new stage,the state put forward the policy of comprehensive poverty alleviation,in order to innovate the model of poverty alleviation and broaden the sources of poverty funds.Mutual aid,its essence is the credit between the poor and poor groups.So,it can effectively make up for the lack of formal financial services in rural areas and ease the government financial poverty alleviation limited dilemma.The coupled and coordinated development between mutual aid and precision poverty alleviation has a certain theoretical and practical basis.In this paper,we use the first-hand research data to build the model,measure the specific index of the degree of mutual assistance and precision coupling and the degree of coordination,and provide a reference for the analysis of the coupling coordination level and the existing problems.In this paper,we use the first-hand research data,and construct the model to measure the specific index of the coupling degree and coordination degree of mutual aid and precision poverty alleviation,and provide a reference for the analysis of the coupling coordination level and the existing problems.Based on the survey data of 104 members of Hedong District,this paper divides the research sample into four intervals according to the income.Through the construction of the index system,a comprehensive evaluation index model is established,Coordination degree model,the mutual assistance and precision poverty alleviation of the coupling coordination of the study.The following three conclusions are drawn:(1)The comprehensive evaluation index of the coordinated development of funds and mutual aid and poverty alleviation can be seen from the sample of each interval.The lower the income,the lower the comprehensive evaluation index,thehigher the income,(2)The coupling relationship between fund mutual assistance and precision poverty alleviation is in a state of interdependence,and coordination degree is in a highly coordinated level.The conclusion shows that mutual financial assistance has played a role in helping farmers to increase their income and to get out of poverty,and their positive effects are becoming more and more significant.The conclusion shows that China should promote the coordinated development of mutual aid and precision poverty alleviation from the following three aspects.First,actively promote the integration and development of the supply and marketing community and the farmer's cooperative.Second,we need to develop an innovative precise poverty reduction model based on agricultural value chain.Third,improve the supervision system of rural cooperative financial organization and mobilize the subjective initiative of farmer cooperatives for mutual aid.
