Research On The Influencing Factors Of Satisfaction Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Jilin Province

Poverty alleviation is currently the main project of the country,and it is one of the three major national battles.The implementation of targeted poverty alleviation was a pioneering measure put forward at the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,which opened up ways and means to help and alleviate poverty.Precise poverty alleviation and winning the battle against poverty are the prelude to achieving a well-off society in an all-round way.Multinational forces such as the national government,poor households,and social organizations all play a role in the fight against poverty.As an important participant in this campaign,the satisfaction of poor households is an important indicator for measuring the performance of precision poverty alleviation in China.In order to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation for poor households,China has proposed a targeted poverty alleviation policy.With the advancement and implementation of the policy,poverty alleviation work has achieved certain results,but some problems have gradually emerged.Therefore,in order to explore the problem,from the perspective of poor households,surveying their satisfaction with precision poverty alleviation and improving the problem are of great guiding significance for winning this battle.Based on the ACSI model and taking the poor areas of Jilin Province as the survey objects,this paper collects 245 questionnaire data,and uses the structural equation model to combine with the actual situation of poor areas in Jilin Province to build a precise poverty alleviation satisfaction model.The results show that: Poor households' expectation has negative correlation with perceived quality of targeted poverty alleviation;poor households' expectation has negative correlation with satisfaction;perceived quality of targeted poverty alleviation has positive correlation with satisfaction;government image has positive correlation with satisfaction;poverty alleviation policy has positive correlation with satisfaction;Combined with the relevant theoretical content of targeted poverty alleviation and the actual situation of targeted poverty alleviation of the local government,the hypothesis test results are explained.Finally,based on the empiricalresults of the survey,find out the factors that affect the satisfaction of the government in targeted poverty alleviation,and combine the basic situation of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas of Jilin Province,put forward relevant policy recommendations.
