In China the IT Supply Chain has been developed more than 20 years, with the market becomes more and more mature,IT supplier enterprises are taking bigger role, and creating inreplaceable value in the value transferring system in IT industry. However in the wake of market getting more mature and development of new technology, the profitability of IT enterprises getting declined. Under the consistent metabolic situation, most of IT enterprises are seeking for business transformation to assure long-term and stable company development. If the value chain remains no change, the transformation is definitely imcompleted and won't stimulate busienss growth. Along with increment of popularization of Cloud Platform, almost all the IT integrators are targeting transforming toward cloud computing, through implement of cloud computing mode Laa S, Paas, Saas, collaborative tools and thrid part servicer, which could boost company's profit rate, shorten supply cycle, enhance the stability of the operation.This thesis is aimed to take N company as case study company, through studying various relevant theory and researches about business transformation strategy study in national and abroad wide, to analyze the global cloud computering development trend, the environment and policy circumstance in China cloud computing industry, and homegrown IT enterprises' s development strategy under such a tremendous industry tendency. Then furthermore, to establish an effective strategy frame to N company, to help N company transfer from traditional IT business turning into cloud computering domain, and discuss and do certain research of implement step of cloud computing strategy and supporting measure of it's strategy accomplishment.This thesis takes theory review and expert interview, combining with case study, anaylyze the macroscopic environment situation and study relevant theory, proceed the research of N company cloud computing strategy development, at the end provide the key factors during cloud computing strategy implement and reassure methods.Under the circumstance of shared ecnomy and internet plus, there is limited research on IT company strategy management in domestically, but more focus on the strate gy development under traditional IT model, so this is one of the creative point of this thesis.This thesis proved the necessarility of N company transfering four business secter into cloud computing, declared each sector's strategy choice, construction path and development goal. To accomplish the strategy of transfering into cloud computing, at the end provided certain advices on its tranfering implement path and supportive system. Meanwhile, hopefully this research can provide some useful information to other companies who contains similar multi-business sector and how to take proper and intergrative strategy frame to transfer into cloud computing.
