Research On The Influence Of Foreign Economy For Our National Economic Autonomy

It is the basic requirement to increase economic competitiveness and safeguard our national economic security in socialist modernization construction but the essential condition to achieve the Chinese dream of great Chinese nation's rejuvenation.With the deepening of economic globalization,many countries gradually strengthen economic relationship.At the same time,China's economic development has entered a 'New Normal' stage on the growth of medium-to-high speed which is Characterized by the speed change,structural optimization,power conversion and so on.It asks for our country to continue to enhance the level of opening-up and create a new opening pattern.In the face of the complicated situation both at home and abroad,the effective way to ensure that our country can achieve the interests to the utmost in the process of globalization is to promote national economic autonomy,maintain the economic decision-making and promote the national autonomously development of economic.Although foreign economy promotes the development of our country's economy,there are some problems when building a new opening-up situation.It weakens our national economic autonomy and strikes our National economic.How to safeguard China's national economy in the process of developing foreign economic autonomy become a crucial question.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,this article analyzes the reason for the influence of foreign economy for our country economic autonomy and then try to put forward the reasonable measures and suggestions.The first chapter mainly introduces the background,significance of this topic,the literature review on domestic and foreign,methods and innovations of this article.The second chapter is to summarize the concept of national economic autonomy and other related theories with the perspective of Marxist theory,and then evaluate the related views of Chinese and foreign scholars.Based on the summary of three stages for utilizing foreign economy since the beginning of the reform and opening,the third chapter analyzes the current situation of foreign economic in our country and reveals its positive and negative influence on our country economy through all aspects of the data changes.This paper focuses on its negative effects and aims to overcome them,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses to make foreign economy promote our national economy as far as possible.In the fourth chapter,the author apply the Marxist theoretical viewpoints of scholars about national autonomy to analyze the reasons for the negative influences of foreign economy on our economic development.These reasons contain incomplete policies,the difference of target interests between investment country and our country,the impact of the foreign economy on our country national economy and the irrationality in the world economic system.The last chapter focuses on how to overcome the negative impact of foreign economy on our country economic autonomy.The author try to put forward the corresponding countermeasures including strengthening the management of foreign capital,getting rid of over dependence on foreign capital by the understanding of the target of the economic interests,giving more supports to national economy,actively participating in international rules and innovative and making international rules to guarantee our economic autonomy in the process of utilization of foreign economy.
