National economic autonomy is an important indicator to measure the strength of sovereign state and the right of international discourse.It is also an important factor to judge whether a country is a world power.With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the situation at home and abroad is undergoing profound and complex changes,and China's development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities.In this period,firmly controlling the economic independence of the country became one of the key factors to deal with various complex problems at home and abroad.Since the reform and opening up,China has always adhered to the economic construction as the center,adhere to the reform and opening up,and made great achievements in economic construction.The economy has maintained rapid growth,the digital economy and other industries to flourish,the supply side structural reform,enhance coordination of regional development,"The Belt and Road"construction,the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Yangtze River economic belt development achievements.Vigorously implement the innovation driven development strategy,major temple,eye in the sky,Mo-tse and other technology achievements have been made.However,although our country is in the leading position in the field of some key technologies,we must see that the advanced technology in aerospace,transportation,Internet plus a handful of other areas,technical strength in the civil field is still relatively weak.Especially in the introduction of technology fields related to the real economy,just rely on the introduction of the concept of the old technology innovation still exist,enterprises are usually neglected in the process of technology importing country economic autonomy construction.With the Chinese socialism into a new era,the introduction of technology is more and more obvious drawbacks.How the national economic autonomy while improving the introduction of technology problems gradually exposed.In this paper,under the guidance of Marx theory,the introduction of technology(the technology introduction mainly refers to the civilian areas of technology introduction)to analyze the effect on national economic autonomy,and try to put forward reasonable suggestions.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and research significance of this topic,literature review and research methods and innovations in this paper;the national economic autonomy,the introduction of technology related concepts of the second chapter of this paper involves,by Marx theory from the perspective of interpretation and analysis.The third chapter focuses on the impact of technology introduction on China's national economic autonomy,embodied in two aspects,first,China's foreign technology dependence is higher,two is the lack of technological innovation ability.The fourth chapter on China's technology introduction process China economic autonomy weak reason,from the national economic autonomy awareness,policy limitation,technology export and China's interests,differences in technology innovation ability is insufficient,do not pay attention to the introduction of technology digestion,absorption and re innovation,unreasonable international economic order constraints and other aspects of in-depth analysis.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the fourth chapter,mainly from the increase of national economic autonomy consciousness,strengthen the introduction of technology management,reduce the dependence on foreign technology,improve the innovation ability of enterprises,actively participate in and promote the technological process of globalization from five aspects such as raising national economic autonomy.
