An Empirical Study Of China's Service Industry Security Based On National Attributes

Since the second half of the 20th century,the status of the service industry in the global economy has continued to rise,and the service-supply trend of global economy has become an important place for international investment,and the trend of economic service becomes more obvious.As China’s market mechanism has become increasingly sound and the level of economic openness has gradually increased,while the service industry has been developing rapidly,the influx of foreign capital has had a far-reaching impact on domestic industries,and the influence of national capital has become increasingly limited,which poses a threat to the security of China’s service industry.Unlike manufacturing industry,the special social attributes of the service industry means that the degree of harm to its insecurity is higher,it will even affect economic stability and national security.In view of the fact that the service industry is different from other industries,the author proposes a set of analysis ideas that are different from the general industry security from the perspective of national property,and evaluates the security environment of the service industry in China through empirical tests,and gives corresponding policy recommendations.In order to more accurately understand the security situation of the service industry.The specific logic of this article is as follows:First of all,this article elaborates the necessity of research on service industry security.Under the background of the continuous improvement of the economic status of the service industry,the development of the service industry has received more and more attention,and the issue of service industry security has gradually become a research hotspot in academic circles.The author has collated and summarized relevant research literature on service industry safety,divided the industrial security research perspective into three perspectives:industrial environment,foreign capital control,and national interests,and briefly introduced the basic theory used in this article.Second,this paper proposes a research framework for service industry security.Looking at the ideological process of industrial security,based on the unique industrial attributes and social attributes of the service industry,the author believes that the general industry safety research ideas do not reflect the characteristics of the service industry and cannot be fully applied to the service industry security research.Based on the industry and social attributes of the service industry,this paper sets up a sensitivity analysis framework for the security of the service industry from the perspective of national security.It divides the security sensitivity of the service industry into ideology and social stability,currency security,information security and generality.Security,and think that in the same security sensitivity,the comparison of the security status of the industry is meaningful.After distinguishing the sensitivity of industrial security,this paper proposes a "three-dimensional" analysis framework for service industry safety based on analytic hierarchy process,ie,assessing the security status of the service industry from the three dimensions of industrial environment,control rights,and discourse power,and the industrial environment.In embodying the elemental environment of the service industry,the right of control emphasizes the degree of control of the national industry on the domestic industry.The right to speak reflects the position of the domestic industry in the international division of labor.Again,the author selected secondary indicators for three dimensions and conducted empirical measurements.Under the dimension of industrial environment,three indicators of industrial capital environment,labor factor environment,and industrial foreign policy environment were selected;under the control power dimension,two indicators of the stock of foreign fixed assets and the external dependence of industrial capital were used;The GVC index was calculated.After obtaining the measurement results of the three dimensions,the industry safety scoring standards are proposed and the safety scores of various industries are obtained.Then,this article evaluates the security situation of the service industry.Without distinguishing the sensitivity of industrial safety,we came to the conclusion that there is a need to strengthen the safety of accommodation and catering,resident services and other service industries.Obviously,this conclusion is neither consistent with the actual situation nor is it consistent with the customary logic of policy formulation..After distinguishing the sensitivity of industrial safety,industrial safety analysis has become more in line with reality.It can be concluded that the overall security status of the service industry has steadily improved from 2008 to 2014,but the growth rate of safety scores has slowed down after 2011.In the ideological field,the safety score is relatively stable,and it belongs to the basic safety interval.The score of currency security is relatively high.At present,it is in the safe interval,the safety score is growing faster,and the score of the discourse is strengthened,and the current growth rate is expected to enter a very safe interval.The overall score of information security is generally in the basic security zone,but the three-dimensional score is analyzed in detail.It is found that the control rights in this field contribute a lot to the security score and the contribution of the voice rights is small.Therefore,although the information security part has a higher score,it is still at a high level.The state of security,but the industry needs to be heightened,and the quality of industrial safety is not high.Finally,from two angles,this paper puts forward the policies and suggestions for the development of the security of China’s service industry.In the overall policy direction,this paper believes that in the ideology and social stability and currency security,put forward the "sustainable" policy recommendations;in the information security part,put forward "improvement" as the theme of the policy recommendations.In the specific policies,it puts forward policies and suggestions on the appropriate introduction of foreign capital,the development of producer services,the cultivation of industrial production factors,and the improvement of industrial discourse rights.
