Owing to the impact of internet finance and the competitive environment of banking,multiple choices and the changes in the habits of the financial consumption also force the traditional business model to adapt to the needs of various customers.Thus,higher requirements are put forward for bank counters,marketing tools,channel laying capacity and others.A new pattern of “development trough demand” is emerging.However,it is still facing many problems and challenges on its business management,such as unreasonable distribution network,indeterminacy between construction of market team and managing responsibility,the supply and demand deviation,simplified operating model and innovation method.In particular,with the approval of the Great Xi'an for National Central City and the launch of “Three Million” strategic blueprint,the return of a large number of social financing and customer groups will inevitably lead to a new round of reform and adjustment of local financial institutions.Therefore,how to expand the operation capacity and promote the deepened transformation have become breakthroughs and primary tasks for bank survives.In order to obtain the opportunity in a new round reform and realize maximum of operating profit,we start from actualities of each branches of NJ bank,and we have carefully summed up the achievements and problems in the mining ability,service consciousness,market positioning and the sense of innovation,which are on the basis of making full use of investigation method,empirical analysis,PEST and SWOT analysis tools.After a deep research on region,people,operation mechanism et al,a designed scheme and implementation steps are proposed,which can better promote the construction of branches in NJ bank.They mainly include that: the organization and measures of branch operation,reasonable of regional planning,a concerted marketing team,customer experience with loving care and diversified business model.A leading group for “the sub-branches deepening transformation” with the top leader of each bank counter as the group leader is established to evaluate each bank counter of sub-branches from the planning layout to bank counters,from sales process to customer group subdivision,from marketing programs to channel construction,from management mechanism to team building and from data analysis to backstage support to perfect the improvement program,with intelligent counters of branches going live as an opportunity.Under the implement strategy of deeply analysis and refinement action,we start to carry out the research for problems in transformation.It is hoped that the bank counters can make the utmost of the opportunity that Xi'an reshapes its industrial layout to make further development and breakthroughs in various channels and provide guidance and reference to the other branches for summarizing and accumulating the experience in the transformation of bank counters.
