| The year 2009 was the first year after the share reform of Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) started, and also was the beginning of ABC's network and branches reform. In 2009, under the headquarters mainframe management and marketing management system control, the ABC's branches in Sichuan started it's retail network improvement coordinately, to reinforce the basis of the retail business, and enhance the market competitiveness and value creativity of the whole network of ABC.WANG PING Street branch belongs to JINJIANG District branch's network. At that time during the transformation, according to the main problems has took place in WANG PING branch we made up the major strategy goals and planed to improve it. The transformation started itself in two aspects, one was hardware transformation and another was software transformation. Taking all these into account, we started to make a customer classification, department function classification, visual identify system standardization, network reconstruction, equipment and facilities configuration in both two aspects. Software transformation including:shifting department single business into integrated business. Distinguishing feature; Process change:shift from high consumption and low efficiency into low consumption and high efficiency; sales in transition:from a product centric to customer-centric; staff in transition: made all staff from the skill-based type change up to service-based marketing type; management transformation:change it from an extensive type management into precisely management; consequence check transformation:from a simply consequence assessment into a scientific performance assessment.After those changes has been done in the transformations, we can see that many things become better, first of all we enrich the network services kind, expand the business receiving channel, and second, to adjust the organization structure in order to increase the direct sales operating people proportion, Third, expanding E-business channel, to divert E-business and traditional business, Fourth, customer classification, optimized the customer structure, fifth, optimized the network service process, improve the marketing function of the network, sixth improved the network performance assessment, makes staff working with passion, seventh through the staff's professional training, reinforce the basement of transformation.Acting like a basic level branch leader in ABC, It's just my first step in the Long March of my career, I realized that only working at the frontline of the bank, direct service to most retail customers and the market battlefield, under the customers always comes first thoughts, posting the retail's functions into a marketing service channels to reach the customer's needs.
