Business model and business model innovation have become one of the central issues to business,academic and government in recent years.The rapid development of the new economy represented by Internet technology has greatly promoted the business practice and theoretical exploration of business models by enterprises and scholars.However,on the one hand,there is not a unified standpoint of business models in the current academic world yet,on the other hand,the research on business models of traditional enterprise is quite few.The business model of traditional enterprises are surviving because of the strong impact of ever-changing market competition environment.Traditional enterprises need to answer the question of How to build a better business model to survive in the market competition urgently.In this paper,both business model of theories and research findings at home and aboard has been systematically reviewed.Besides,based on the author’s business practices and the cooperation with Anji White Tea Group,as well as participation of the construction of Anji White Tea business model and research on related theory,this paper describes the development of Chinese tea industry,the necessity of establishing Anji White Tea Group,and the building process of business model of Anji White Tea Group in detail by using literature review method,comparative analysis method,SWOT analysis method,investigation and analysis method.According to the main points of view on business model research,business model construction should pay attention to related external cooperators,and the value creation process,this paper takes these theories for reference and then provides practical experiences and reference to the construction of business model of Chinese tea enterprises.
