Study Of The Comparative Analysis On The Operation Modes Of Badminton Clubs In Chengdu And Lanzhou

With the continuous improvement of living standards,the masses are no longer satisfied with simple material pursuit,and gradually their demand for spiritual culture begins to improve.As one of the national events,badminton has a long history.In view of its universality,it is deeply favored by the masses.Under the background of promoting fitness activities nationwide,this paper investigates the basic situation of the operation of Badminton Clubs in Chengdu and Lanzhou,analyzes the restrictive factors of the development of Badminton Clubs in Chengdu and Lanzhou,in order to find an innovative development path in line with the operation mode of Badminton Clubs in the two cities.The main research methods include literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview,field investigation and mathematical analysis.By comparing the operation,operation management and basic information of members of Badminton Clubs in Chengdu and Lanzhou,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)By comparing the operation of Badminton Clubs between cities,it is found that the development of Badminton Clubs in Chengdu and Lanzhou is uneven both in quantity and scale.In terms of the number and scale of badminton clubs,the clubs in Chengdu are higher than those in Lanzhou in terms of venue area,number of venues and number of members,and the scale is better than that in Lanzhou.Secondly,as an important sports city,Chengdu has a large number of badminton lovers,a good mass base,and a large number of people and enthusiasm to participate in club activities.In addition,Chengdu's funds mainly come from self-financing,while Lanzhou's government investment accounts for the majority compared with Chengdu.The organizational structure of Chengdu is more perfect than that of Lanzhou.However,the clubs in Chengdu and Lanzhou are mainly profit-making,and the publicity methods are traditional and unitary.The main reason is that the economic development level of Chengdu is higher than that of Lanzhou,and the concept,investment intensity and positioning of Chengdu investors are higher than those of Lanzhou investors.(2)By comparing the operation and management of Badminton Clubs between cities,it can be seen that the facility management of Badminton Clubs in Chengdu and Lanzhou needs to be improved.In terms of badminton club managers,most of the managers of Chengdu badminton club have received undergraduate education and relevant formal professional training,so as to better manage the club.The proportion of high-end talents of club managers in Lanzhou is relatively small,and most of them are based on years of management experience and lack of systematic formal professional knowledge training;In terms of club financial management,the financial personnel of clubs in Chengdu and Lanzhou are not specialized in the management of financial work.There are financial problems and risks.Clubs in both cities ignore the importance of financial management.In terms of consumer services,Chengdu is significantly better than Lanzhou.(3)The comparison of club members between cities shows that there is a certain gap in the number and professional quality of coaches in Chengdu and Lanzhou,and Chengdu is better than Lanzhou.From the basic situation,behavior characteristics and consumption level of members,the activity characteristics of club members in the two cities are mainly as follows: the activity groups in the two cities are mainly young men and middle-aged men;Bachelor degree;The majority of occupations are public institutions and other government agencies,enterprise employees and private business owners.The consumption characteristics show that consumers in Chengdu will spend more on badminton training,and consumers in Lanzhou will spend more on meeting the basic needs of badminton venues.The main characteristics of activity behavior are that the enthusiasm of consumers in Chengdu for badminton is significantly higher than that in Lanzhou,and they stick to it for a long time.
